I'm trying to model a exhoust manifold at end of the model some fillet around boundary boss is not working, I was able to make only one but others where supposed to be located around legs no working, please help.
Are you trying to get fillets on all three of these areas?
If you look under the solid bodies folder, you will see that there are two bodies. You won't be able to get a fillet at the interface of your boundary bosses and Boss-Extrude2 until you have Boss-Extrude2 merged with your exhaust tubes.
Solidworks doesn't typically like line on line type of solids for combining/merging. With that said, I just when about it the easiest way I know how and created some offset surfaces of existing geometry, deleted some faces, then knitted everything back up together, which allowed me to create a single solid. I was then able to fillet all edges. I don' know why it has a problem merging this considering you are using the same sketch1 for all of your features......
As Mike mentioned they are two separate solid bodies so you can't fillet between them. And Combine won't work because it looks like they don't actually have any touching surfaces. You just have the edge of one body touching the edge of the other, which would result in zero thickness geometry. So my solution was to fill in the holes in the base and merge the result so it was all one body. Then add the fillets and cut extrude the holes back into the base.
Thank you for help finally I figure out ho to do that.
