Hello, I have a problem that I have created a part and there are a couple of angles in it (but nothing too complex). I have made extruded cuts on these angles, once they have been flattened. When I bend them again, they are fine and look all correct, but when I go to flatten the part, the lines get all messed up!!!! Help please.

Aaron,, I'm not sure why you added another Cut-Extrude after the Flat Pattern. Why did you do that? If you suppress that (or delete it) I believe it flattens correctly.
Seems like you did everything correctly with the exception of the second (Cut-Extrude1)
Give me a clue.
I have to agree with Dennis. I see no need for the second sketch.
I would add that I think it would be better practice to skip the Unfold & Fold features and just make three cut features, one on each flange. Granted it's three sketches instead of one, but they will be much easier to properly define, and realistically should take little, if any, more time than the one big sketch you are using.
