I have been getting an increasing number of requests from distributors and engineers to provide sldprt files.  I assume these are being used in assemblies to see if the part will in fact work.  What is the best practice when  it comes to including tolerance information within the part file?  Do you create a .750 shaft in the part file even though that is not the spec it is manufactured to?  Normally I only share this data on a drawing.
