Can I experience the same performance of SW running on RDS than installed in local desktop?
How many user can log and access SW EPDM Virtually/RDS?
What are the factors affecting the lag/slow when using solidworks?

Short answer is No.
I've done it and RDS/RDP switches to a software type of graphics card, it doesn't use your actual graphics card like you would if you were sitting at the machine.
Depending on the machine you are remote desktoping into though, it can be acceptable in terms of being able to get some work done, and to present your ideas if working on a prototype machine.
