Is there a tool for upgrading from PDMWorks Workgroup to Enterprise?
If so where is it?

i don't have a direct answer, but indirectly ...
pdmww & pdmwe are completely different and not compatible with one another.
so not likely to be an upgrade tool, more likely an import tool.
we chose dbworks and they have an import wizard built in.
good luck.

Yes, there is a migration tool to Export the data from PDMWW to PDMWE.
You need to turn to your local var for more details.
