I am unable to activate my Customer Portal account, after I follow the link in the activation email it still says that my account hasn't been activated. How do I activate my account?
I had to contact my VAR and created a support case so they could get with SolidWorks to fix my account.
SolidWorks replied but generally ignored my request for help.
..it has been hit/miss the past few days for me as well.
I remember reading somewhere that site maintenance would be there so that could be a reason for some services not working.
Last week there was a period of at least 18 hours that I could not log in.
It seemed fine for people who remained logged in but if you logged out then you couldn't log back in.
I thought it was my account until I went to another site (separate from SW) that had discussions about SW and several other people were reporting no access to the SW Portal.
I was getting an error 97 (with a bunch of other text before and after the error).
Could be as Deepak said, that there might be maintenance.
