Dennis don't think this would work as OP needs a blank ring if I understood his needs clearly.
Lingesh, you can actually try the edge flange option.
Are you thinking he wants a round disc. Like a pressure vessel head blank?
If you flatten along path you can get this.

Thanks for that valuable information..This part is bottom portion of torispherical dish.Since the blank dia reqd for this would be around 1600mm,I was thinking of doing in two parts..I still dont know whether from manfng point of view my idea works or not..But thanks for enriching my knowledge in SW..
I would recommend to keep it one piece as this would be made by drawing.
Use the "Swept Flange" feature. You will need an open profile and Path.
