I have a small plastic (ABS/PC) part that I hope to manufacture by injection moulding. The issue I'm having is with the counterbores on the front face.
It is a small part (25mm x 21mm), so my worry is that the back of the counterbores might be too close to the edges causing thin slots. Are these counterbores actually too close to the edges for manufacturing?
Here's the drawing sheet and I've also attached the model file.
