This is driving me nuts. I want to sweep a semi-circular curve with a profile line at a 10 degree angle to the normal of the profile.
Every time I try it says that the profile does not intersect with the path. I have made a relationship of Pierce from the line to the curve so it should work.

The plane you have created at the end of the path sketch needs to be normal to the end of the sketch which your plane wasn't. This is what was causing your error. I have corrected the plane so it was normal and the profile sweeps along it just nicely.

Allan,, The plane that you sketched "sketch10" (profile) onto needs to be normal to the path. I made a plane normal the the path and did an "edit sketch plane" for the profile sketch and things work out.
