I am trying to fold a piece of neoprene in solidworks, its being treated as a sheet metal part for the purpose of folding it. I am trying to fold this piece length wise, like a hot dog roll, so it gets pinched and is flat where the holes are lined up and the other part of the material is a "C" shape, how would I go about making this fold? I have attached the part below. Thank you.
I have attached zip file of the modified part for you to interrogate. All I did was insert a sketched bend for the flat parts and a sketch bend as shown previous for the middle bend. You just have to have a play about with the bend radius of the internal bend to get it to match up.
