SolidNetWork License Manager

I had our IT department load the SolidNetWork License Manger on a server I don't have access to. I know you can give certain premission to users and also see how often and how long the use SolidWorks. I need to get this information and in order to do this I need to plead my case.

The question I have is there any documentation on how to do this, or maybe a spec sheet on what the license manager can do?
