HI, Is it possible to simulate moving propeller in a fluid, but with propeller move and not fluid?? I need to know how propeller can move a fluid and its effect, because flow doesn´t have a possibility to move the propeller only the fluid.thanks

Sorry, but I think you don´t understand my question. My problem is a little more complicated than using Newton´s 3 law. In my problem there is a lot of thinks that you must consider, for example the RPM is so low and if I use "N3Law" the results ate not representative. I need simulate a big system (40 meters of diameter).
IT does not matter the principle still applies, I never heard in CFD simulation to move the object through air.
so for your situation there is an example in the Tutorial.pdf in which you can set up a rotating region with whatever RPM you have there and then after solving the solution you can read the forces on your propeller blades. At this diameter it should be a wind turbine. Also there is plenty of youtube tutorials with setting up a rotating region in Flow Simulation.

setting the fluid velocity x,y or z in initial and ambient conditions to the number you want will achieve the same effect plus a rotating region to simulate the propeller rpm.
