SpacePilotPro issue

So I discovered today that my SpacePilot Pro seems to be on the fritz. No matter what I do, I can't get my model to stop slowly rotating nor get webpages to not slowly scroll up. I can't tell you how bummed I was to disconnect it and find that, yes, it was the cause of my issues. Yes, I've checked the driver. It seems to be the puck isn't settling back to a neutral position.

Has anyone else run across this? Were you able to fix it? I'm lost without my device and keep reaching for it. Such a crappy way to start off a Monday.
