I am working with assemblies which contain about 5 parts. There are a many configurations of each assembly which may or may not change the low level parts ever so slightly. I would like to laser etch the assembly configuration part number onto the low levels for ease of sorting the parts. I can add a linked the configuration name and place it onto a part within the assembly model but it won't propagate to the part(s). I hope this is clear. Any ideas, links I should read? Is it doable? I
