while creating a model with n number of configuration, in a specific configuration a master model is not visible.
can anyone solve this...

You may just have to unsupress the main the feeatures you wish to see within that config.
What I do to avoid this issue, and to be sure my configs are correct-
I will have the default config,
then add my feature I wish to be config specific
then add my new config where I want the previous feature to be present
then simply activate your default config and supress the feature you have just added.
This way you will be sure that your configs are showing what you'd like them to show. You wont have to go fault find
