Hi,
As one of the profiles in a lofted cut,I am trying to use a sketch projected onto several non planar faces.
When attempting to do this it seems to start the projection from the source plane, not the projected curve.
What would be the easier procedure for doing this?

Pictures or part?
1. Use Split Line to project the sketch on those non-planar faces
2. Use the newly created faces as input for the loft-cut feature. Do not use 3D Sketches, but faces.
This looks like a better way to do it, but the Split Line encompasses 2 faces on one profile, and the guide curves are not mutual to the entire face?
When you start your lofted cut try using the selection manager to select all edges of the split line as one profile.
Would you please post the actual part file?
This was originally a knitted surface model, I am trying to determine if it would be easier to construct as a solid.
