I am new to doing fits and I have a question. I have a ceramic ball bearing assembly with a I.D. of 25mm +0-.009. I am trying to figure out a appropriate sized shaft to get a LT1 fit. Since my Ceramic bearing assembly is being bought from a 3rd party and its dimensions cant be changed I am assuming it is hole basic. My questions are these. When computing this fit to see if it is appropriate how do I figure it out when my I.D. of the bearings are not matching the fit numbers out of the "book", since it is manufactured. Also what numbers would my allowance be? Hope this isn't to confusing. I feel the more I think about it the more confused I am getting. Thanks in advance for the help.
