There is something wrong with the drawings and Icons in my SOLIDWORKS tutorial. Instead of drawings & actual icons showing up in the body of the tutorial, all I see is boxed with an "X" in them.

I am having the same problem. If logged in as administrator, the tutorial renders just fine. I made it so the end user has full rights to all SolidWorks folders and yet it still only renders correctly when logged in as administrator. I would prefer not to have to give the user this level of access just to view tutorial files.
What is requiring admin access and can this be managed in a granular way?
Hi Jeff,
The tutorials use the Microsoft CHM viewer which uses the installed version of Internet Explorer to show the HTML content. My guess is there is some setting in Internet Explorer that is preventing the display of images for some reason. Unfortunately, I am not sure what seeing would cause it, perhaps under the security settings.
I hope this helps,
Jim
