We have a 6" sanitary pipe that is a 36" R sweep 90. and need to change it to 24" R Sweep 90.
(time line for new is 8-10 days) How do I put cut lines and notch into pipe to form a new Radius to match 24"R
Not sure if this is what you need or not. If it is great..
I have numerous segment examples
First thing make it a revolve for simplicity. Its an arc, don't need the sweep command.
Need more of an explanation for the "cut lines" and "notch" into a pipe. I think John is going the right route but I made 36" R pipe fit to a 24" R pipe.

I did forget to ask - is this a purchased part for you or will you need to fabricate the elbow. If your going to be fabricating the elbow, how many segments did you figure on, I have models from 6 to 11 segments, however it is very easy to increase those numbers, just takes more time to fabricate. The model that I uploaded has different configurations and if you could open the design table you might find something that would work, if your fabricating it.
