It is really unclear what you are trying to do here. Why would you constrain the lock pin in the first analysis? In the second it appears as if the valve itself is constrained?
First look at how the 'real' parts are constrained and interact and model your restraints in the similar fashion.
Clearly, i don`t know how to configure external Loads, Fixtures and Connectors.
The assembly is fitted to the valve & then an actuator is fitted to the top of the kit.
The actuator turns the coupling through 90° thus opening the valve. But we also need to know if the lock pin would withstand the actuator force.
We don't want the valve to open when the lock pin is inserted, but when is is removed then it will.
I have removed the valve & actuator reference parts in order to allow the required rotation.

If that is what you are looking for then I'd suggest that you remove the actuator & valve; fix the frame; apply the torque and see how the pin responds.
