This sketch (labelled Grille in the SLDPRT attached) shows all lines in black which usually means it is fully defined. You can see, however, the SWX doesn't think so.
I have tried what little I know but SWX stubbornly tells me Under Defined.
Your model is not trimmed properly on the bottom corners (all 4).
Further if I would to do this model, here is how I would make it.
Here is the culprit, a small line:
I admire your eyesight but I did you try to mesh the frame after removing the culprit line? I did, and I get the same results. I have carefully inspected all the adjacent views and I found no more fragments. I found that I hadn't converted one line from LHS to RHS and fixed that, but that made no difference either.
May I beg you to try again. There must be a solution!
Did you corrected the joints? If not then please update the joints and then do the mesh.
BTW I was able to mesh fine after fixing the joints.
SXW still doesn't like the frame
I am using SWX Student Edition 2014-2015 and when I tried to mesh I got
(BTW: that would have to be a candidate for the Most Unhelpful Error Message of the Year Award!)
I get the feeling the SWX doesn't like me
Please never post your serial number openly. I'll check the model right away.
There is usually a simple answer it's just that beginners don't know where to look.
Do I gather from your image that you created all the beams in the one weldment?
Yes, all in one weldment feature using the group function. This is possible since all of them are of one size.
The key part is the 3d sketch.
