Does anybody know why my lofted-bend part won't flatten?
The profile sketches have radii at every corner. But I click Flatten and nothing changes. Yet no errors are shown in the Flat-Pattern 'feature'. Any help or ideas is much appreciated.
I'm using a Loft because this is a gutter with varying height.
I attached the part file.
Interesting layout Zach. I'm not sure why you wanted to use lofted bends but it does work. For some reason your flatten bends stayed suppressed.
Just unsuppress These in the flattened state and everything works out.
Once you click on flatten (or unsuppress flat pattern) then extend the feature and unsuppress all bends which would fix the issue.
I've added the part in case you want to check.

But I tried it for another part that I was having trouble with and it seems those bends are already unsuppressed... and they don't seem to change state when I try to suppress them... any ideas?

I get it now.. Why you are using a loft. This time you need to unsuppress the round bends in the loft itself.

I am using a loft because I am making a segmented gutter for a roof, and the rear side of the gutter varies in height along the length of the roof. Here is an extreme example:
That is what I figured as to why the loft. I don't have an answer as to what is going on on your end. Things work well on both of your files on my end. They flatten and unflatten as they are expected to do after I made the changes I showed. What caused this to go screwy in the first place is the question. Perhaps Deepak is correct and it is a bug.
Could be some kind of bug or other things with your models, so please report to your VAR.
For 1502-GUTTER (LOWER) TEMPLATE, expand the lofted bend feature and unsuppress all bends when you're in flatten state and this would fix the issue.
