You can change the decimals.

Thank you. I have another question real quick. Do you know if there is a way to change that setting throughout all drawings or is it a thing I have to change in each drawing individually?
It is a document property. You should alter your drawing template for future reference.
For the ones you have already made you can do it the same way I pointed out
, other than that you can save the drafting standard to external file and load from external file in the ones you want to change.But since it´s just one tiny thing you want to change it want be a great help.
I think It is also possible to use "design checker" (add in) to do this job and use task scheduler to run design checker on multiple drawings. Also there I think it is like fetching a water from the other side of the river on this one.

You can also modify the precision within the measure dialog box itself by using custom settings instead of doc settings.
I think this way, measure remembers this choice and will remain at what you've selected on repeat usage, but this needs testing to see if it's true.
