Hi,

we are a small company with only 3 employees using SolidWorks.

Till this day I simply stored all SW-files on my local hard drive. However, for proper data management we now consider to use a NAS (type QNAP TS-453 Pro), which shall be integrated as a separate drive into our network.

Does anyone has experience using this NAS or a similar one?

Are problems to be expected when SolidWorks directly accesses the NAS respectively when all SW-files shall be saved on the NAS?
