So, I have this imported part and its pretty basic, but, for some reason im getting a rebuild error. Its just one solid body (as imported), but, Feature Diagnostics doesn't show any errors. I ran Check on it and just got a General Fault that says "Shells are Inconsistant". How do I go about fixing this?

The only thing I see is a void in the flattened end (where the bolt goes through) that may cause an issue, though it may not. You might try filling it and see what happens.
It has a volume within it that it says creates a shell error.. you can remove/consume it (as Jeff suggest) with a extrude or delete the surfaces.. and/or edit further to clean it up... and save out as a x_t and open as a clean body.
