After upgrading to 2015 from 2013 I’m now getting some weird behavior out of the revision blocks. If I click on a cell to edit it (and even if I don’t edit anything in the cell), Solidworks is inserting the text “G2” (sometimes G4 also) wherever the cursor was. This is happening so far in any drawing file I open which had been created in a prior version of SW but does not happen when I am creating a new drawing. Here's what it looks like:
Does anyone know what's causing this and/or a fix?
When you exit a table, don't click on a drawing view. If you note, that is the zone of the drawing view you clicked on. When we added this capability, we tried to match existing functionality for adding values to what you are editing. However, after customer response, we are reviewing the workflow to see if there is a way to remove side effect that customers are experiencing.
