I just upgraded to 2015.  When I try to add a projected view (to an existing drawing) the view won't show up.  Nor will a standard rebuild help.  I have to hit <ctrl> Q.  Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

(Drawing was created in 2013 if that matters)
