I am just curious if anyone sees the "ability" to check a
part into the Data Vault while it is in a rolled back condition a
problem. From my standpoint, only fully updated parts should be
checked in, and there are a variety of reasons for this, including
file releases. We can automate a part to be checked out of the
vault and an STL, STEP etc file created and sent automatically to a
tooling vendor....OOOPSSS, the part was rolled back and only gave
that aspect of the part in an exported format...No biggy right?

if you save the part dosen't it roll forward?
