I have a high end 3D printer that I've had great success in printing straight threads, using a helix and sweep cut.
I've been looking all over trying to find the dimensions of a 3/4" NPT thread, but can only find the drill size needed.
Does any one have dimensions?
I need Major and Minor diameters. I know the NPT has a 60 degree taper.

For modeling mathematically perfect NPT threads use 3/4“ taper per foot or ATAN(.375/12). Dryseal and some other threads are 7/8“ per foot. Commonly found angular references are almost always rounded values which isn't perfect.
This is a better chart.
Pipe threads are not called out as a major and minor dia, they are called out as a pitch dia at an L1 distance
because they are tapered.
