    cleaning sw files

    Moh AA

      hi,

I doing many changes in my design especially in routing and pipings and there is lot of left over files remain in my directory and not used in any assembly and it will be very difficult to search for them and to delete them manually. is there any method to detect  the unused parts and to delete them in order to clean and just keep the used files ?

      thanks for the support.

      regards

          There's a couple of ways.

          1.  Open the main assembly (or all of them if more than one), Pack and Go to a new location, close the assembly, then delete all files in the original folder.

          2.  Open all assemblies, then try to delete all Part files.  It won't let you delete files that are open (being using in an open assembly).
