I need to make the watermark on our drawings lighter by maybe 10%.  I tried modifying the transparency setting on the watermark image to User defined, but any changes had no effect.

Is it possible to change the transparency, or do I need to modify the original image and re-make the watermark?  (Sadly, I do not have the original image.  Dang.)
