I recently updated to SP3.0 for SW2015.

The installation threw up an error when updating the toolbox although the overall installation completed successfully. The error was thrown by "sldtoolboxupdater.exe".

The event log shows the following:

Faulting module name: igdumd64.dll, version: 9.18.13.1110, time stamp: 0x5101a0e1

A similar error is thrown when trying to configure the toolbox. The error is thrown by "SldToolboxConfigure.exe".

The event log shows the following:

Faulting application name: SldToolboxConfigure.exe, version: 23.3.0.65, time stamp: 0x5535a833

The strange thing is that the faulting module name seems to be relating to an Intel graphics driver "igdumd64.dll" which didn't have any issues for any previous versions of SW. I don't recall any recent updates that may be contributing to this.

Does anyone have the same or similar issue.

Thanks,

    Declan.
