Having issues with keeping properties on Cut List Items. Help.

I am having issues with losing properties. Both cut list items have the same Description but different measurements and once joined they share the same Description.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But now when i separate the 2 again i lose the properties on the second cut list item while the first one maintains its properties.

 

How do i fix or prevent this issue?
