I'm having trouble connecting to my company's vault. I've only been using Workgroup PDM for about 3 months, and until somewhat recently, I've had no trouble logging in and checking out files. But last month I got the attached error message. I've tried using the server IP as the vault name but still won't work. What could be the reason for this, or are there any tips for diagnosing the issue?

This could be a server reboot where windows no longer recognizes the network and goes into "public" mode, enabling the firewall.
