I am having a difficult time insterting a weld gap at a junction point. i had a straight piece of pipe in a spool that was going to go through a wall of a tank so i used the "split route" comand to break it into two pieces of pipe. However when i use the "weld gap command" it never creates a flyout box at that point to insert a weld gap. Ive tried selecting the line segment on both sides of this point to create my weld gaps on but it never picks the point. Below is a picture of my work, point jp1 is the spot in question.
