If I understand your question, then plotted response curves at various points of the model will indicate the hardening response (say, in stress fields) of your material to the loading conditions.
Unless you meant where you could find support information: such as the Help file or the KnowledgeBase.
The hardening rule you choose is defined in the model's Material definitions/properties.
