I'm assuming it's the texture inside that is giving you problems. Certainly make one segment and then circular pattern it. If you can post some more information about the exact shape you need to achieve, and just how far you've gotten already, it will be easier for someone to provide advice.
It appears to be a light reflector, some are quite exact in their shape, this one does not look so. How precise does your's need to be?
