I have a current licensed seat of Solidworks Professional. When installing e-Drawings, what number am I supposed to use for the license so all the features of e-Drawings professional are active?
If you open the SolidWorks part/assembly directly in eDrawings, does it work then?
I'm throwing out guesses here. I don't use eDrawings all that often.
It should just be installed with your SolidWorks install. If it didn't, run a repair on your SW install and make sure you've selected eDrawings to be installed.
It is installed and working, however, the professional features (measure, etc...) are grayed out. No option to "enable measure" on saving.
Under Help, is eDrawings Professional listed?
Yes it is. When I select it the information dialogue shows the evaluation license key.
Yes, actually all the pro features are available. I don't understand why it would be different when "publishing" from the solidworks window. Thanks for your help. I am going to discuss this with my VAR as well.
