I would like to simulate this : Simple model of the nuVinci CVP in MapleSim - YouTube in solidworks. I don't know if this is possible. I have tried some things but i am not experienced in the motion part of solidworks.
I really hope someone can help me on this!

There's no liquid, just friction. As the ball tilts either side comes in contact with a different "parallel" (i.e. latitude) w.r.t. the "equator" of the ball and thusly travels at a different linear/contact velocity with a uniform angular velocity of the ball itself.
Yes, the liquid is not shown. I only need to visaulise how the shifting is done, using tilted balls ect. .
SOLIDWORKS Motion may be able to capture some of the dynamics of this type of transmission. But, as Jared wrote, it appears from other YuouTube videos that a non-Newtonian fluid is also used to aid in transmitting torque. This fact will not be captured using SOLIDWORKS Motion nor would you be able to simulate the fluid-structure interaction. You might be able to study the flow in a steady-state condition through the very small regions of the model, however a state or phase change will not be possible using Flow Simulation.
Are you looking to only get mechanical performance from studying this type of transmission? If so, Motion alone may aid you in getting useful performance trends but not actual physical behavior.

Then a simple animation or Basic Motion study should suffice. You would perscribe the motion of the individual components and could "fake" the relatioship between said components. They key would be to set up each components degrees of freedoms correctly using Mates.

How would i make this "fake" relationship. Just by changing the speed the ring rotates at when the ball tiltens? Won't this make the annimation stutter? Or can you do this by giving the motor a starting speed( 100 or something) and a end speed of (1000 or so) and let is go from 100 to 1000 gradualy?
If you were to use Animation, and assuming that all the components are properly contrained with Mates, then you would move each component to a new respective position whilst saving key frames. SOLIDWORKS will interpolate between eahc key frame, hence making the model appear to be under motion.
Contact your reseller for assistance as well as review the provided tutorials for Animation and Motion.
You may be able to use SOLIDWORKS Premium's Motion tool (rigid body dynamics) along with friction between the parts. It's worth trying but, again, you first need to properly constrain the model using mates.
this is the direction i would go, straight to animation. it won't be perfectly smooth but if you play with the numbers you can get it to be close enough for the animation.
