Is it impossible to copy and paste a table with notes and balloons to multiple drawings?  I have a general welding note table that is used repeatedly...I am growing tired of recreating it on every drawing.  This seems to be too simple of a task to not be able to do...I'm a new user, but man this one is stumping me.
