Hello guys I am trying to run a simulation on a part that I am working on for stress analysis and I have 2 Split lines along the top of the part and when I mesh it in the simulation with the finest mesh alowance that solidworks allows which is all my computer will compute it still says that the mesh fails.  I have tried it with only one split line and the mesh still fails.  I did this with one part and it worked but now I am trying to do it with the second version of the part and it is failing to mesh before running the simulation.  Can you guys give me some advice or ways that I can fix this issue so I can run the simulation.  They are square split lines so that I can put forces in a specific area to run the test.

Because this is a product for a company I can not send the files so I hope that you can still offer some advice on how to do this without seeing the files.
