i'm trying to apply gusset to pipes of circular cross sections ....but i'm unable to do that. i'm wondering why this feature is not working on circular pipes ??is there any difference is if i create gusset as mid plane extrude ??

i'm new to solidworks ....recently but i found that " solidworks unable to create this gusset feature for circular pipes ....is there any other way to do so ??

If i understand you correctly, it should not be any problem.

Are you using weldments ? What version of SW are you using ? Can you be more specific ?
