I am attempting to run a 2009 version of Flow Simulation from within a 2013 version of Solidworks. I am experiencing very low performance and am wondering if it is because of the mismatch in software versions. My VAR assured me that the old version of Flow Sim would work fine, but he didn't say anything about performance. Does anyone have any insight into whether it's the version mismatch that is causing the performance issue, or might it just be a hardware limitation?
