You can use Stretch tool while in sketch edit mode.
I don't think you can scale sketch entities except uniformly (somebody prove me wrong). But if you create a feature from that sketch and don't merge the body, you can scale it in different directions. Use insert/feature/scale

Hi Erik Bilello its a brilliant approach. Though I've manually scaled my sketch, but this method is really awesome I consider using this method in future.

Perhaps use the sketch to create an extruded solid or surface. Then you can apply a non-uniform scale to the surface or solid body.
