Strain Energy Units

I have a test sequence that I need to simulate which includes static loads applied as well as an impact load.  The height of the load prior to striking the frame is given, so I thought I might be able to perform a static test with a known load, then adjust that load by how far off I am in total strain energy (given in the *.out file after a simulation).  The total strain energy should have units of energy, like J or kJ.  No units are listed...

TOTAL STRAIN ENERGY. . . . . . . . . . . =  0.177320E+00

Does anyone have any experience with this that could help me?

Thanks in advance.
