Hello,

I am hoping to change our drawing format so that, in all but the 'Released'  lifecycle state, the word 'DRAFT' appears on my drawings (in SW as well as in PDF), but that the 'DRAFT' marking is automatically removed when the lifecycle state changes to 'Released'.

I understand that there is a watermark feature in SW 2014 onwards, but I don't know how to tie its appearance and disappearance to its lifecycle state. I imagine some kind of relation or such-like is required.

I am new to SW after many years of Pro/Engineer, so my terminology may be incorrect!

I would appreciate some 'idiot's guide' type help on this one.
