We have a user on our network who upgraded his installation to Solidworks 2015. We use the license manager and are pulling licenses from a server.

While loading the program Solidworks 2015 to run, he is always receiving this error:

We do not have the installation in that location. It appears he is running Solidworks 2015 SP01.1, when the path is pointing to SP02. However, when he checks for updates for a new service pack, it shows as no new updates are available.

Has anyone has similar issues or know why his installation is not showing the newest SP version?
