The installation manager only shows options for 'SolidWorks Simulation', 'SolidWorks Flow Simulation', 'SolidWorks Plastics', and 'SolidWorks Motion'.     My license server recognizes that a Simulation Premium license is available, but my workstation only shows standard (linear), and flow simulation options.

Is there a separate installer that I need to run?  My VAR thought maybe there would be something on my install DVDs, but I don't even where those are.
