Enhancement Request vs. Service Requests/Bugs

I have noticed over the years of using SolidWorks, that I find more bugs that I would like to see fixed, than enhancements that I would like to see added. My problem is within the Customer Portal. We have the option to look at Service Requests, Bugs, and Enhancement Requests, however the Enhancement Requests is the only selection that carries a "New" button. I started to just submit bugs that I find as an Enhancement Request. The only problem is that I will get an e-mail that states, "We have determined that your request isn't for new functionality, but for existing functionality." Is there a way to submit bugs that I'm just not aware of?
