So I have this part, or should I say future group of parts that I am going to need to flatten, detail and cut on my plasma table. I have the parts put together to create the 90° slot shaped ducting but for the life of me I cannot get the large diameter to convert, flatten, or anything useful. So here are my parts for anyone to help out. Also, the 90° slot shaped ducting is going to be mirrored at the right plane.

Please help or point me to a resource that can help. Thank you
Hi George,
The main rt. angle duct and the way that you created each piece of it as a separate part is not the way to do this type of sheetmetal part and thereby is not possible to get a single flatten state of it. The sheet metal part should be created in a single part file and you have two ways of doing it. A) you can start it as a sheetmetal part by creating a base flange and then adding additional sheetmetal features like bends, tabs and flanges, or B) you can create a solid model part of it, add a shell thickness (SM AWG) and then use the convert-to-Sheet-metal feature to create the SM part at the end.
